Here's a new Duplex Timing Chain Kit for the following models from Austin-

AUSTIN

Austin A40 Cambridge (1200cc) (**1954- 55 Only **)

(Oval Timing Cover)

Not for later Austin A40 Cambridges of 1955-57 which used a different (Kidney) Gasket & different (Hydraulic) Tensioner.

You need this kit for any engine rebuild, the oil seal will have gone hard and the timing chain will have stretched making it noisy and more likely to break.
