MAIN BEARINGS SET +020 (Triumph 2000 Saloon Parts) (2.0 & 2.5 Litre) (** See Eng No/.**) (1998cc) (1966- 77)

Here's a new Set of Main Bearings (+020 Size) for the following models from Triumph -

TRIUMPH

Triumph 2000 Saloon Mk1 (2.0 Litre)         (Sep 67- 68) (**From Eng No/  MB70,000**)

Triumph 2000 Saloon Mk2 (2.0 Litre)         (1968- 77)

Check you still have the correct engine fitted -

2000 Eng Prefix No/ MB, ME, ML.

2500 Eng Prefix No/ CR, CP, MG, MM, MN.

These are +020 size. 

(** Not for any 2000 before Eng. No/  MB70,000 because the tabs on the shells are different **)

Before you buy this you need to find out / understand the following -

1) These are Main Bearing Shells, that's not the same as Big End Shells.

2) These are +020 size - Find out what size you need.

3) Check your Engine Number against the above, it's just below the rear most Spark Plug - Triumph's often have other engines fitted.
