BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER (Ford Zodiac Mk2 Parts) (Sep 60- 62) *** WITH FRONT DISCS ***

Here's a new Brake Master Cylinder (7/8", 0.875") for the following models with Front Disc Brakes from Ford -

FORD

Ford Zephyr MK2           (** With Front Discs **)    (Sep 1960- 62)

Ford Zodiac  MK2          (** With Front Discs **)     (Sep 1960- 62)

Ford Consul MK2          (** With Front Discs **)     (Sep 1960- 62)

This Mater Cylinder will not suit the Mk2 models from 1956- Sep 60 as they had Front Drums with smaller 0.75" bore master cylinder.

The Rod is not included - You can use your old one, it's only held in place by a circlip - So it's easy to swap.

Note -

On the original Push Rod there's an Adjuster at the end where it joins onto the Pedal.

At the other end there's a Ball that goes into the Master Cylinder.

Sometimes there's also a 1cm pin sticking out from the Ball.  That pin is meant to go into a hole drilled in the Master Cylinder's piston.

This Master Cylinder does not have the hole drilled in it's piston - So you'll need to saw that pin off you have it.
